Sales Support Coordinator
We are looking for an organised and customer focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of air conditioning installation and maintenance services.
You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, the sales team, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. This is a varied, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering a high standard of customer service.
What you’ll do
- Handle general administrative duties, including responding to emails and answering incoming calls
- Prepare accurate air conditioning installation quotations using Job Logic
- Generate and manage quotations from Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits and site surveys
- Provide professional and timely cost estimates to customers over the phone
- Chase, revise and update quotations as required
- Book site surveys and capture accurate information to support the sales team
- Liaise with the accounts team regarding payments and job-related financial queries
- Schedule installation works, allocating engineers based on skills, availability and job requirements
- Arrange subcontractors and hire equipment for installation projects
- Obtain supplier quotes, raise purchase orders and organise deliveries
- Order materials and ensure equipment is delivered to site on time
- Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure engineers have the tools and materials required for each job
- Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- Clear, professional and confident communicator by phone and email
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Competent in Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems
- Flexible, proactive and calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within an engineering, facilities or installation environment
- Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Desirable:
- Knowledge of air conditioning terminology and processes
- Experience working with engineers, contractors or suppliers
- Experience using Job Logic or similar CRM systems
